I've got a server running W2K3, which initially was running Oracle 10g and Outlook 2003, but we had problems getting Oracle to send e-mails via OLE through outlook.
It was suggested that we could get round this by using public folders, but we can't use this.
So is there a way of doing this without public folders with Outlook 2003, or do I have go back to the original version of Outlook 2000 that we used on the old servers?
If I have to regress, how do I uninstall completely the office 2003 components used? As all attempts to do this have failed, as it leaves an outlook process running every time you close the outlook gui or Oracle uses it as though it is still behaving like Outlook 2003 in putting it into the icon tray and doesn't kill the process.
Thanks
Grovie
