Hello All,
I have a few users who say that they are periodically not getting emails from users inside and outside. Also, while looking at their emails in outlook, sometimes they dissappear from sent folder or there is no record of a message that was just sent. There are also cases were a user in our org. sends a message to an external address, but when the external address gets the message and replies, it never shows up in their inbox. However, when the external address sends a fresh email to the user inside our org, they get it with no problems. I have exhausted my resources and look to the genius which is this site once again. any help would be awesome.
