Outlook 2003: Receiver Not getting Attachments

Hello People,

I have a user that can send attachments in emails to everyone except a few people. The people that don't get the attachments do get the emails just not the files. I have already checked the users "Rules and Alerts" and they have nothing listed in there. Could the issue be on the receiver's computer? If anyone has any suggestions please get back to me.

It would be most appreciated.

First, the problem is almost definately with the receiver. Are the recipients in the same company or an outside domain?

They are outside of the Domain. But, other users that are in the domain can send the same attachment and it goes through. It wont go through just on the one users computer.

What Service Pack?

The Sender has SP2 on the computer. Not sure what the Receiver has for a service pack.

I just found out that the Receiver has Outlook Express with SP2. He also doesn't have any Rules or Alerts againts the sender.
