Well, little problem: we want to get rid of everybody's possibility to 'hide the read' answer. Don't know if this was clear: When someone receives an e-mail, he is able to 'let' send back a read receipt, or not. This is the point. So the goal is to avoid this, so when someone reads an e-mail, the other person IS informed, no other choice.
I need to force the option OFF! --> TOOLS - OPTIONS - E-MAIL OPTIONS - TRACKING OPTIONS, the the below option 'USE THIS OPTION TO DECIDE HOW TO RESPOND TO REQUESTS....blablabla'. This MUST be forced and left to ALWAYS SEND A RESPONSE
