Outlook 2003 Problems

We recently changed our Exchange 2003 Server to a new server and we're having user issues where a user tries to access a subfolder of the Inbox and Outlook just quits unexpectedly. Anyone ever see this problem or have a solution b/c I'm really slumped on it.
