We have Windows Server 2003 with Exhcange 2003. The user's OS is XP Pro SP2 with Outlook 2003. When a specific customer sends in an e-mail in 'Plain Text' format, he is right-clicking on the .jpg image and clicking on SEND TO\MAIL RECIPIENT. The subject of the email will read: emailing: name-of-file.jpg and list the name of the file in the body of the e-mail. When my user receives the email, he sees the body of the message listing the file that is suppose to be attached, he sees the subject line with the file name listed but there is no file attached and there is no paper clip showing that there is a file. Is there anything we can do to get this file? Thank you.
