Hi All

I have setup some personal calendars in Outlook under a generic logon. I would like to share these "personal calendars" with another person with a different logon. Both parties are on the same network.

I have managed to share the default calendar but the other person is unable to see the personal calendars. I have given the other person delegation to see my mailbox and calendar.

We are trying to use Outlook at a daily diary for everyone in our team. The only logons we have is the generic one and the boss has their own logon.

Many thanks for any help with this.

Tee.

I've only ever seen this done with a completely separate email account. If you can convince the powers that be that the separate email account is necessary, it would accomplish your task. You could share the email with your group. You could even set up rules so that people from your group could send meeting requests and it would autoaccept them to the calendar.
