OUTLOOK 2003, OUTBOX, STUCK MESSAGE

I have a message stuck in my outbox, and it's clogging up the whole send process. Sometimes other messages won't send, sometimes they just take a long time.

The message has a 4MB attatchment, and I cant delete it because it says "send already in progress" I can't move it for the same reason. I can't cancel the send either though. I've tried everything to get rid of it, and can't do anything about it. And no matter how long I wait, it doesnt ever "finish" sending it.

Any suggestions?

Try Cancel Send?
Try turn off the PC, disconnect from the web, start it up, start Outlook, wait for a timeout error, then delete it.
