Hi. I am hoping that someone has heard of this problem and will have some suggestions because I'm out of ideas. I have an end user who is a calendar delegate. She accepts meetings on her boss's behalf. Her boss is being sent one series of invitations that she is not able to accept or decline. When she tries, she receives the error: Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again. Her boss receives the same error when he tries to accept the meeting from his pc. There are multiple people invited to these meetings and apparently these two people are the only people that are experiencing the problem.

I can duplicate the problem from my pc by logging into her Outlook profile and then trying to accept the meeting. I've tried creating her a new Outlook profile, putting her on cache mode (her Outlook was originally not configured for cache mode), and I've tried changing her e-mail editor. None of these things helped. She doesn't have any PGP software so the KB article about that doesn't apply. They can accept other meeting invites, just not this one. I'm out of ideas as the MS KB and Google searches I've tried have not led me to any new ideas.

Can anyone please help?
