Some of my remote users have foung that after reading email the message does not get marked as read. I have checked the reading pane option and the down load full items. I have ran scanost and recreated the cached ost file. I have disabled cached mode and it seems to fix the problem but the users are 2000 miles away and they need to use cached mode/offline folders and we did not test that much with cached mode off.
