Outlook 2003 - No text until you reply or forward.

I have a user that is running outlook 2003 on exchange 2003. She sometimes get html messages from different users that have no text visible until she either replies or forwards the message. The messages usually consists of serveral replies. If you view the source code of the message, the text is there.

Any ideas?
