Hi all,

I have seen more thread wich seem to deal with teh same question I ask, but none of them give me a solution to my problem.

Since the other day we are using OUTLOOK 2003 at work (finally), but I have a problem.

Th situation is as follows:

I have two mail accounts open all the time. one group account and my personall account. When I write a new message I want to select the signature I want. I created 2 signatures (personall and group signature).

The problem is that there is nowhere an option to select wich signature I want to use. (It's possible in OUTLOOK 2002). Am I missing something or is it just not possible?

You can insert a signature in Outlook 2003 by opening a new mail message [CTRL-M] then choosing the menu "Insert" > "Signatures" > click the appropriate signature.

You can also set up a default siganture for new messages in "Tools" > "Options" > "Mail Format" and under the heading "Signatures".

Hope this helps,

chmac.

Hi chmac,

thanks for the reply.

The problem is that I do not have that option. They ahve been looking at it at work and it seems that it has something to do with the install order of some apps. the apps in question are word and Outlook. I am not sure wich order caused this problem, but if the order is wrong the last program to install overwrites some things and changes them.

I will be getting a new install soon.

Are you using Word as your e-mail editor?
If so, turn that off and check again.
