Hi All,

wonder if anyone has come accross this before - i sent out a meeting request to a member of staff in one office. I received a response 5 times - 4 of which it appears came from other members of staff on behalf of the invitee. It turns out the invite went to everyone in the office despite not being on the original appointment invite!

My thinking is that it could have happened where the invitee has shared his calendar with others - is this possible or has something odd happened? googled and cant find anything!

Thanks

Nicola

Its not likely from sharing the calendar. I'd check into who is a delegate on the invitee's inbox and/or calendar.

Hope this helps.
