Hi

I've got a bit of a problem. When colleague A sends a meeting request to colleague B, colleague B will accept. Colleague A will then receive the acceptance but also a distribution group within our address book also get the acceptance note !

The acceptance is forwarding to this dist group somehow and I can't track it down. I've checked the users general email settings in AD and there is no forward set up or anything.

I also created a new Outlook profile on his desktop but the same thing happened.

Anybody have any ideas ?

Long shot, but have you tried 'Tools | Options' then 'Delegates' tab, while logged onto Colleague B's Outlook.

The Delegates settings can be a swine sometimes, and cause these sort of headaches - especially if you have users assigning other permissions when they don't really know what they're doing!!!!

Sorry, I forgot...colleague B can be anyone in the office whoever colleague A sends to. It happens to me and I don't have any delegates.
