outlook 2003 mail

I switched from outlook express over to outlook 2003 and my mail is very slow. the send/recieve function work fine, it's when you type your msg that you see the delay and remote access is even worse. you can be finished typing you msg and it still be filling in on the screen.

all responses welcomed , before i do a uninstall
