Outlook 2003 Mail Merge + Use Specific Template

Hi All,

My problem/query is.....

I intend to send a monthly "bulletin" to specific contacts within my contact list. I have a standard bulletin document that I will use for mail-merge with my contacts. I can get this part to work ok but what I really want is to use a specifc template that I have created, with the basics such as a title for the email and a personalized paragrarp.

Any comments, suggestions and answers would be great.
