Outlook 2003 loses right edge of email on print

I am losing the last inch of printed output to the right of HTML emails in Outlook 2003. I have looked at the Memo style setup and the margins and page size appear OK. Also, it's only the body of the email message that is affected. The 'Page 1 of 1' in the far right of the heading prints fine. If I change to landscape, the header widens but the body is unaffected and still chopped off.

Also, if I copy and paste the HTML source into a file and open in IE8, the file also prints fine.

This problem appears to have started since I installed IE8 under XP SP3.

Any suggestions?
