One of my users has an issue with Outlook 2003 where the auto complete function loses all of the previous email addresses he has used. This has happened several times in the last last 2 weeks.
I assume this is being caused by corruption somewhere, but not sure where to look.
From reading other posts it sounds like the history used in the auto complete is stored in the nk2 file so I'm thinking next time it happens I should delete that file. Question is if I delete that file will Outlook recreate a new one and is there anything else stored in that file that would be lost by deleting it.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
