When I started up my Outlook this morning, a log in screen appear with our IT guy's username in it. Does that mean he was logging into my e-mail account?
Assuming that you are on a full fledged network, it would most probably mean that he accessed his outlook account at your machine. The program logon routine retains the last logon individual.
Unless you have allowed access by another individual your outlook account requires your password for access.
Also if a full network, the adminstrator can have full access to all mail on the system. So I would not be overly concerned. I would use the Company email for intended purposes only because of this.
