Can anyone tell me the cause/fix for a user repeatedly losing ability to open another's assigned inbox, calendar, etc. She gets "The connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action." when trying to open a calendar. But Outlook IS connected. She gets "The set of folders could not be opened." when trying to open an inbox.
