Outlook 2003 Keeps Going Offline

I have a PC in an Exchange environment running Outlook 2003. It keeps going offline. Switching it back to Online only works until Outlook is restarted, then it starts in Offline mode again.

I tried switching off the Cached Mode with no luck. Cabling is not the problem either. Any help would be appreciated.
