We have currently deployed Outlook 2003 in our organization which comes with a much more intelligent junk mail filter than 2000. Microsoft makes it easy to highlight what is junk but not efficient. Here's what I need to do. When people right click an e-mail that they want to mark as junk they can only do one at a time. If they highlight a group of e-mails that they want to lable as junk and right click the junk mail filter is not present. Is there a way around this? It's a pain for people to have to right click every piece of junk they receive and mark it as junk. How can they do this faster?
