We are running Exchange 2000 with Windows XP on the desktop and Office XP Profesional. The machines run between 933mhz to 2.5ghz.
The Problem:
In Outlook 2003 when you send an email, even to yourself and blank, it can take up to 10 seconds for it to leave the outbox and arrive. If you select a new email in your inbox it can take up to 10 seconds for the preview pane to "Refresh" with the new email.
What I have done:
I have run Performance Monitor on the server and do not see anything that looks abnormal. The Desktop computers seem to run fine besides this problem so it feels like a server issue, but I do not know where to start looking.
Does anyone know what could be causing this? Any help is appreciated. Thank you
