Am I blind or can you not insert a signature in a mail message anymore in Outlook 2003?

I have a signature created in Tools/Options/Mail Format/Signatures but I both signature instances set to <none>. Fine. Now in a new message, I would normally click Insert and see a "Signature" option but I do not.

Can anyone enlighten me? I know this is trivial, I just want to know if MS removed some functionality. thanks!

No, if using word as the editor (see options) it works differently.

If you change it from None, the signature will automatically be inserted. Then you can right-click the signature and swap it with new ones.

If you disable word as the editor, behaviour returns to previous - ie you can select insert->signature.
