I have a users that swears this has been done on her computer before(I don't beleive her), but she is attempting to create a new email and insert an item(email). She tries to insert an email from her archive(.pst) file and wants to sort the emails by TO rather than the default options(From, subject, etc). I have added the TO column in her archive(.pst) folders, but when she goes to the Insert Item option it does not show up as expected.
