I have built a new pc and installed Vista Busness. I then migrated all the programs I could from my old Windows XP Pro machine. All went reasonably well, however I do have some issues with Outlook.

Firstly, whilst the Unread Mail folder shows unread mail, it does not remove it once you have read it, even after shutting the system down and re-starting.

Secondly the folder names on the left side randomly have the end of the name missing! No logic to this, it's not after x characters, some will display 6 characters and others only the first 3!

Lastly, and the most annoying, when you send a new email, it is very reluctant to auto enter the email addresses once you start typing, even ones that you use regularly and that have existing emails from that address in the folder.

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Thanks smash.

I tried to reset the nickname cache but searching Vista for *.NK2 gets zero results and I have got the show hidden files & folders option selected.

I haven't tried /cleanviews as I am a bit concerned how much of my personalized setup will be deleted!
