I have a user who've use the MS Office Picture manager as default image editor. But when user click the graphic attachment, it cannot show exact picture (it has shown the pictures in previous folder). I would like to know how to change the default image editor in Outlook 2003 instead of using picture manager.

It sounds like you need to go into my computer, tools, folder options, into file types and find the graphic format, eg, is it jpg, tiff, bmp etc. Then edit the entry and see what program opens for each attachment and change as need be depending what is on your PC. Outlook looks at this information, it hasn't got a built in graphic viewer.

For a further reply can you advise what files you are trying to open ie. what are the last 3 characters after the full stop. Also when you say it doesn't show the exact picture what does it show (please can you describe in greater detail).

Thanks
