I am using MS XP pro/ MS Office 2003 / Outlook 2003. I have 4 e-mail accounts set up. The same e-mail, from the same sender is receved by all four accounts. Two will display in HTML two will be in PLAIN TEXT. All of the e mail accounts are with Verizon DSL. I would like to have all the accounts to receive in the HTML format. What am I doing wrong.
