In Outlook 2003 how to read messages from two email accounts of a Exchange server in the same inbox. I should just add another email account ?

You can't have two account's messages go to the same inbox.

You can open other inboxes.

How to is explained in help under the heading

"Add another person's mailbox to your account"

you can add a second mailbox. Exchange has to set your user id as an authorized alias to the second account you want to have snapped in. then just add a new Exchange account in Outlook and you will be able to view both mailboxes simutaniously

my info was incorrect. My staff is configuring this today, so I'll have precise instructions later. What I do know is that you need to deligate permissions and security permission to the second MAILBOX, then there is a way to attach through Open--------- that's where I need my staff's note.

I'll be in touch, sorry about yesterdays lame ass reply.
