outlook 2003 How do I retrieve mailbox password if it has been saved please

I have outlook 2003 for my incoming mail. I am on Windows7 OS and can only get my mail if I have saved my password.
I hate doing that as I always forget saved passwords immediately.
However now I do need to find out that password and I am sure there is a way to do this in the registry or elsewhere.
I would like to know but rest assured I will write it down not touch the registry.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
