I have a rather odd situation:
Laptop user using Outlook 2003 SP2 on Windows XP SP2. when accessing mail in either Online or Cached Mode, Outlook performs fine for the first 1-2 minutes then gradually ceases to work. CPU ramps up to 99% and fluctuates between 90 and 99% for the rest of the time gradually consumiong more memory. Initially, it will only do this for seconds at a time but graudally builds to minutes until the app freezes for good. This only happens when viewing mails, be they HTML or plain text.
I know I have been a little vague on details, but I will fill in with more as my head gets around this problem.
Thanks,
Phil.
