Have anyone heard of an instance of the following:

Let’s say you have 3 diff computers in one office, computer A, B and C.

There is one email address, lets say it’s xyzcompany@yo.net

All 3 computers running Outlook and it’s a POP3 email account.
Ever heard of a way of all 3 computers being able to check incoming messages for that email address without using remote desktop or any other remote desktop type app?

In other words, a person logs onto computer A and receives an new email to the above address. The person logs onto computer B and is able to receive and view that email as well and the same for computer C?

You will find that there are options to 'leave email on server' and 'expire after x days' under Tools, Email Accounts. If you use these settings (on all workstations), each user will be able to download the emails but leave them on the server for the other users to download.
