Outlook 2003 - GAL problem

A user has recently reported that their address book doesn't contain recent updates.

- Cached mode is on.
- Have tried Send/Receive > Download Address Book.
- No other users have the issue.

Any ideas? Also any quick way of re-creating her address book Cache and not her entire Outlook Mailbox Cache.
