I have complete the trasition from Ex2003 to 2010, all looks good apart from free/busy time.

My users all have Outlook 2003 and none of them can see free busy forroom and resource mailboxes...

Outlook 2003 still needs to get free/busy time via public folder.

Did you bring your system public folders across when you did the transition or just the user visible ones?

Yes I did, in fact I suspected a PF issue and spent (wasted) many hours investigating this, however, I realised that my users were seeing two months of free busy but no more finally fixed this by hacking the reg:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeRPC\ParametersSystem set to 1

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Excdo\Parameters\FBPublishMonths
Set to 12 (or however many months you require)
