I have an issue with a few users that I would like to see if I can get some help on. Here is the secenario: Someone creates a meeting request for one week out and begins typing in attendees. Free/Busy time for all but one of the attendees shows up normally. For this one person the time shows up as No Information. I get a call about the problem, try to duplicate it and everything works fine. I have no idea what is causing this because it is not constant. Sometimes it works but sometimes it does not. The only constant is that it is always the same person who sometimes shows up as No Information. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hae you checked the person that shows up incorrectly? Try a repair on that computer or remove and reinstall outlook/office.

The answer is "42"

For the person who has the problem, check their outlook settings. Go into tools options, Preferences Tab, Calendar Options, click on Free/Busy Options. You might want to check how many months worth of information and increase or compare with other users and adjust the same.
