Our setup is as follows:
1. Internal e-mail is handled by a single Exchange 2000 server.
2. External e-mail is handled by a single Cobalt RAQ server.
3. Our clients use Outlook 2000, Outlook XP and Outlook 2003.
The problem: When a mail comes in from outside our organization, and a user tries to forward it to someone inside the organization, Outlook 2003 uses the outside server to send the mail by default. The users can choose manually to select "Send using Exchange server", but the default is to use the external mail server.
The clients have Exchange set as the primary means of sending mail.
Any idea how to change this default behaviour?
Thank you,
Dan
