Scenario: A couple of users monitor an additional mailbox\inbox for faxes that come in; and then forwards them to the appropriate person in the department.
Problem: For one particular user, after forwarding the fax, when the email in the inbox is opened up after it has been forwarded; it does not have the yellow bar at the top indicating that the messsage has been forwarded. All the others forwarded emails do that were sent by the other users who monitor the inbox.
I do not know the permissions that each user has on the monitored mailbox/inbox as of yet. I assume this could be a difference of permission levels on the mailbox. Anyone seen this behaviour before?
