Outlook 2003 font issue

i use the Courier New font for mail simply 'cuz i like it, when i e-mail somebody (anybody) the font changes into plain text, OS it says but it's no longer Courier New.. i know at some point w/ an older Outlook version i turned on that mail was always sent in plain format, anybody knows how to solve it w/ this version of Outlook ?

i also support the don't send HTML e-mail :}
