Hi,

Just a quick question, nothing majorly important but is there any reason that in Outlook 2003, the font in my signature changes from the normal one i have set up to a completely different font whenever i forward or reply to emails. In Options >> Mail Format, i have the same signature selected for both New and Forwards / Replies..

Any ideas?

Cheers,

Paul

Is it with ALL emails you reply to or forward, or just with certain ones? If with just certain ones, then perhaps your email style/format is changing according to the incomming message type. For instance, by default, in Outlook when you reply to a text based email message, if your default editing format isn't set to text, then Outlook will change it to text for that one email message. In that case, in order to not have it in text format, you have to manually change it to rich text or html, whichever you prefer.
