Has anyone found a way of sorting Outlook folders so they are not alphabetical. I know you can sort them under Favourites but not in the main folder tree.

Hi,
What I've done is added a number before the folder name, i.e., 1FollowUp, 2Vendors. This keeps them in an order I've designated.
Also, In Outlook 2003, you can add each folder to Shortcuts (Go/Shortcuts/Add New Shortcut). In this view, you can click and drag them to any order you want. You can add the Shortcut button to the NavPane for easy accessibility.

Thank you however this person has 200 folders so the shortcuts option doesn't really work and they don't want to number their folders! many thanks
