I had looked for help on this item but could see nothing specific so I thought I'd ask the question if anyone had any better ideas than my solution.

Create a new e-mail. Insert; Item. Double click ‘Contacts’ in the ‘Look in:’ window & scroll down to the required Group. Click it & click ‘OK’. Send this to the person who wants to use that Group. When they receive the e-mail they should click & drag the attachment over to the Navigation Pane and release the mouse when it is over the Contacts.
