Outlook 2003 / Exchange 5.5 connection problem

G'day all

I have a new laptop with Office 2003 / Xp pro SP2 and when we try to connect to the Exchange 5.5 server I get the following error

"Network problems are preventing connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server Computer"

I can Ping the Server by both IP and machine name from the Laptop. We turn off the XP firewall and still no luck.

Any Ideas?
