Outlook 2003 Error: This view is damaged

I have a windows 2003 professional machine running office 2003 every time that I go to the inbox I am getting this error message. This View is damaged Default view settings will be used. I used the clearviews switch and that did not seem to do anything. any thoughts on what is wrong and how I can fix it would be great.

Not sure if that's a type in your post, but the switch is "cleanviews," not clearviews.

yeah that was just a typo in the post

Sorry for the dead link above...what most solutions indicate is that the cleanviews switch may have to be executed twice ina row to get the desired result and that some customiozed view may have to be recreated.

had to run it 3 or 4 times but that worked.
