Outlook 2003 Error Message

I wanted to ask if anyone has come across the following error message generated from Outlook 2003 immmedaiately after launching the application:

TTOKI initialization failed.
Error Number: 8005
Error with object count

Outlook runs perfectly normal. It seems to be a nuisance error message, but like to prevent it from appearing.

How is your Java update your java. Of course after you ran windows and Office updates. I know MS is suppose to run the office one for you but, of course we are talking about MS. So go to the office update page and run those or download and run Office service pac 3. Also I do not no why but ru the Visual ++ update. That seems to fix a multude of problems for me. Worse comes to worse check for sypware and virus's
