Outlook 2003 Error - Internal Support Function

I have an associate that is running Office 2003 SP3. They are sending an email to a DL and they get an error message when they attempt to send the email. The error message states "An internal support function returned an error". Any ideas? I found on MS web site that it was read only permissions issue for the Contacts folder but that was not the case. Thanks for the help.
