Outlook 2003 email filters stopped working

[tt]Hi:

I tried to reconfigue my Outlook 2003 to send all email that was from addresses that are not on my approved sender list to the Junk Email file. After that, all my filters stopped working, and all email (100's/day) go into my inbox. I have in the past had CA spam applied. That has probably expired. Would this have anything to do with it?

I appreciate any help and glad to recognize the helper.
