Outlook 2003 email account

Have a customer that has 5 email accounts in his Outlook 2003. One of them continues to get smtp errors getting email. I have removed, restarted, and rebuilt the account and get the same error. I can build the same email account on another pc in the office also using Outlook 2003 and have no issues.

Suggestions?
