Outlook 2003 cutting off letters when printing

This is a strange one.

I have a few users running Outlook 2003 and when they print emails, the first letter on every second line is missing. I can't figure it out at all......

I fit was just one user it would be ok but it's happening to a few of them.

I don't even know where to start.... any suggestions?
