Outlook 2003 Custom Interface Layout

I am having a problem, when i customize my Outlook 2003 interface, like moving the columns wider and when i close Outlook and re-open it all the changes are not saved, so i will have to widen the columns all over again. Is their a way to make all customized changes to be saved for next time Outlook is opened.? Thank You.
