I have a custom form written in Outlook 2003, for scheduling meetings. It is a copy of the default form with an extra page added. The new page has separate compose and read views. The read view is just a read only version of the compose view.
The page contains only the controls available in Outlook 2003. There is no VBA or Scripting.
The form has been published in the organizational forms library.
The form works perfectly in Outlook 2003 - even when sent to Outlook 2010 users.
However, when Outlook 2010 users use the form to arrange a meeting the item is not delivered to the delegates or resources. Instead 2 versions of the form are saved in the meeting organizer's calendar. The one he/she should have and the one the delegates/resources should have!!
I have tried republishing the form from Outlook 2010 with no effect.
The intention, when this form is working, is to make it the default form for scheduling meetings accross our organisation.
Any ideas most welcome.
